**Note: To qualify for the Early Bird Discount, your payment must be received by the date noted on the schedule.


Healing Crucible™ (HC) Local Refund Policy - (i.e., Workshops in Mpls)

  • Cancellations received prior to two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund less processing fee*.
  • Cancellations received within the two week (14 day) period immediately preceding the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund less processing fee* and a 20% administrative charge.
  • Cancellations received after the class starting date will be subject to forfeit.

* Note: Processing fee of 8% will be applied if the payment was made via credit card.

Form of refund:

  • If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be a credit to the card used when the tuition was paid.
  • If the tuition was paid by check, HC will issue a check for the refund and mail it to the registrant within 14 days of the cancellation request.

All cancellations need to be in writing, contain the following information; registrant's name, address, phone, email, class dates and location. Cancellations can be emailed to Susan@HealingCrucible or mailed to Healing Crucible, LLC, 410 Kirkwood Lane N., Plymouth, MN 55441

Extenuating circumstances, such as a death in the family, visit to the emergency room, etc. must be submitted in writing, following the same procedures as cancellations. All refunds in extenuating circumstances must be approved by HC.


Healing Crucible™ (HC) TRAVEL Refund Policy (i.e., Workshops NOT in Mpls)

  • Cancellations received prior to 30 days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a refund equal to the workshop fee payment less deposit*, less processing fee**.
  • Cancellations received within 30 days immediately preceding the scheduled workshop date will receive a refund equal to the workshop fee payment less deposit*, less processing fee** and less a 20% administrative charge.
  • Cancellations received after the class starting date will be subject to forfeit.

* Note:  Workshop deposits are non-refundable but maybe applied to another Healing Crucible™ Workshop for up to 24 months after the cancellation.
